Velma Louise Schoening Conrad

Velma was born December 23, 1913 and married my grandfather Christian Anthony Conrad. Photos and documents were provided by Julie Conrad Zaenkert from Jill Koehler in 2006. The collection is the history of the Kammer family and other offshoots of the Schoening family in the Paducah, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio areas.

**Velma & Chris Conrad – 25 Year Wedding Anniversary** – May 25, 1935. This was a Wednesday.
They were the third generation to marry on the same date 25 years apart. Julie Conrad and Fred Zaenkert were the 4th generation married on May 25. They were married to the day 100 years after Julie’s great grandparents.
