Jacob Conrad was a Mennonite minister who started the Beech Creek Mennonite Church. The original church and Old Pioneer Cemetery are nearby in Louisville, Ohio (Stark County).

The cemetery was in the center of the southern most end of a rectangular plot the original farm owned by Jacob Conrad. The original farms northeast corner was at Lynnhaven Ave NE & Herbster St. NE which ran west to the western property line of Parks ave NE which went south to the southern property line then east just south of the Old Pioneer Cemetery (listed as Amish Cemetery on Google maps) from Parks Ave NE to Paris Ave then back north to the northeast corner of Lynnhaven Ave NE & Herbster St. NE.
